With the buyer’s interest at heart

You, quite rightly, have a long wish-list. As your personal property finder, I may well add to it. I understand that you crave a home for a lifestyle, whether of blustery dog walks along the coast or cycle commutes. I get to know you so well we develop a sixth sense for features you may not have considered but will really love. Little details that count for a lot.

When you work with me, you take full advantage of my extensive personal and property contacts. You also benefit from my total independence. I work directly for your benefit, and negotiate on your behalf. My sole aim is to find you the property in Norfolk or Suffolk that meets your requirements.

Is it for you?

The majority of my clients are looking for a property of £800,000 upwards. That might be a large family home, second home, pied à terre, farm or estate. My clients tend to be busy people who regularly hire professional advisors in other areas of their life – be it accountants, solicitors or wealth management firms – and who realise that they would benefit from expert support in making such a large and important purchase as a home.

Shhhh

Vendors of the finest homes often value discretion and dislike the disruption that advertising their property on the open market tends to bring. So, while location is key, contacts are crucial. I use my encyclopaedic knowledge and extensive black book to give you access to properties you might not otherwise know about, or hear about too late.

Vendors like selling to people who have appointed a property finder. It is an indication that you are very serious and have your finances lined up and ready to go. By working with me you are more likely to be the vendor’s first choice. You will also be seen as more serious, and therefore attractive, to any estate agent involved. And, as I work tirelessly throughout the sale to smooth its path to completion, the keys will be yours more quickly.
